Thank you for shopping with Astral Veil, home of the Nocturne perfume house. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.
1. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 5-7 business days after payment is received.
Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or carrier transit time. During new releases, limited drops, sales, or high-volume periods, processing may take longer.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if tracking is available.
2. Shipping Locations
At this time, Astral Veil ships to:
the United States only
We currently do not ship to locations where fragrance or alcohol-based products are restricted, prohibited, or unsupported by our available shipping carriers.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, destination, and selected shipping method.
Any free shipping promotions, if offered, will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
4. Fragrance Shipping Notice
Because perfumes may contain alcohol and fragrance oils, some orders may be required to ship by ground transportation. This may affect delivery times.
Astral Veil will choose the safest and most appropriate shipping method available for your order.
5. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed and transferred to the shipping carrier.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Astral Veil is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, customs, or circumstances outside of our control.
6. Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
Astral Veil is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees before the order can be resent.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Astral Veil is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages.
If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance. We also recommend checking with neighbors, household members, front desk staff, mailrooms, or local post offices.
Astral Veil will do our best to assist where possible, but we cannot guarantee replacement or refund for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
8. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within [insert timeframe, such as 48 hours] of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number;
- Photos of the damaged item;
- Photos of the packaging;
- A description of the issue.
We will review the situation and determine whether a replacement, store credit, or other resolution is appropriate.
9. Returned Packages
If a package is returned to Astral Veil due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal, or failure to pick up the package, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges.
Original shipping fees may not be refundable.
10. Order Tracking
Tracking information will be provided when available. Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after the shipping label is created.
A shipping label being created does not always mean the carrier has received the package yet.
11. Preorders and Limited Releases
If an order includes preorder items, limited release items, or products requiring additional preparation time, the full order may ship once all items are ready.
Limited releases may require extra processing time due to small-batch production, packaging, and quality checks.
