Astral Veil Return Policy

At Astral Veil, every fragrance is carefully prepared, inspected, and packaged before it is shipped. Because our products are personal-use fragrance items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or sprayed products.

Returns

For safety and hygiene reasons, all perfume sales are final once the product has been opened, used, or removed from its original condition.

We may accept returns only if the item is:

- Unopened

- Unused

- In its original packaging

- Requested within 7 days of delivery

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping box.

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Allergies & Sensitivities

Fragrance can react differently with each person’s skin chemistry. Astral Veil is not responsible for personal scent preference, skin sensitivity, allergic reactions, or how a fragrance wears on individual skin.

We recommend reviewing the product description before purchasing and performing a small patch test before regular use.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Astral Veil is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is marked delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Final Sale Items

Sample sets, discovery sets, limited-edition releases, sale items, and promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to process, depending on your bank or payment provider.
